School trips in Stuttgart

The motor city of Stuttgart boasts a regal past - it was the capital of the kingdom of Württemberg until 1918 and now remains the capital of Baden-Württemberg.

About Stuttgart

Today however, it is a surprisingly small, modern city with an identity based on its scientific and technological achievements.  This is the city in which Daimler patented the internal combustion engine in 1883 and from which Mercedes-Benz, Porsche cars, Bosch electrical equipment and a whole host of other products are exported worldwide.

Aside from this, Stuttgart is also a city of culture, art and nature!  Surrounded by vineyards and green hills to explore, as well as being home to some impressive castles, Stuttgart has something for everyone.
