School Trips to Loire Valley
The Loire Valley, now a giant UNESCO World Heritage Site, was once a region of great strategic importance.
About Loire Valley
Kings, queens, dukes and nobles from all over France came here to establish castles and palaces - which is why this stunning river valley is dotted with hundreds of France's most impressive and extravagant fortresses. The region is known for its host of magnificent châteaux, charming medieval towns and gastronomy - including plenty of local cheeses and wines.
It is also considered by many to be the home of the 'purest' form of the French language, making it the perfect place for students to practise their language skills! With a wealth of culture and history to explore, as well as a wide variety of hands-on visits, the Loire Valley is a fantastic destination for both primary and secondary school students.

"I would like to thank Nadege and all the other staff who were universally helpful and efficient. I felt well supported at every stage and was very appreciative of the clear maps and instructions for using public transport in particular. I felt Nadege was good at listening to what I wanted and coming up with solutions when changes needed to be made."
