The distinctive rose-hued Alhambra dominates Granada, overlooking the sprawling city from its vantage point high up on La Sabica Hill. Inside is one of the more splendid sights of Europe, a network of lavishly decorated palaces and irrigated gardens, a World Heritage Site and the subject of scores of legends and fantasies.
Experience Andalucía, a region which has the unmistakeable flavours of both Islamic and Christian influences running through its winding streets! Mountains and forests decorate panoramas from hilltop palaces, and with a delicious variety of food options, there truly is something for everyone. Walk though history in mosques and palaces which stand remarkably intact, centuries after attempts to erase their existence.
Málaga is the largest city on the Costa del Sol and boasts a glorious Mediterranean climate – perfect for enjoying its golden beaches! The weather isn’t all that Málaga has to offer though, it is most famous for its buzzing art scene – it is Pablo Picasso’s birthplace, after all!
