The Lake District, now a World Heritage Site, is one of the most beautiful, scenic areas of Britain. With its striking lakes and stunning scenery, the Lake District is the perfect destination for Geography students!
As well as natural beauty to explore, the region is home to many other exciting activities and visits. Choose from a number of action-packed activities at Brockhole Visitor Centre and have a chance to take a boat trip on the wonderful Lake Windermere – the largest lake in England! With a trip on the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway, you’ll get wonderful views of the lake and river.
You will also have the chance to visit the lovely estate of Holker Hall which is busy and bustling with life. This is a really exciting and diverse itinerary with lots of great activities packed in!
