From galleries showcasing the best in contemporary international artworks to graffiti-strewn subway trains, the Big Apple has long been a hive of creative inspiration.  A school trip to New York offers young artists the ultimate experience for learning outside the classroom.

Our Suggested Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Flight to New York and transfer to your accommodation for some free time!

    Take in the spectacular New York skyline with a night-time trip up the Empire State Building.

  2. Day 2

    Visit to New York Madame Tussaud's for a behind-the-scenes tour!

    Spend your afternoon visiting the Museum of Modern Art and Top of the Rock!

    In the evening, treat yourselves to a Broadway Show! 

  3. Day 3

    Visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

    Take a stroll through the world-famous Central Park!

    Explore the fascinating Guggenheim Museum with its continually expanding collection of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, early Modern and Contemporary art. 

    Visit New York’s iconic Times Square.  Stay until dark to enjoy the full impact of its famous neon billboards.

  4. Day 4

    Visit to the Frick Collection.

    Some free time for shopping at the Rockefeller Center- a great opportunity to pick up some souvenirs! 

    Airport transfer and overnight flight to the UK.

  5. Day 5

    Arrive in the UK.

School Trip Accommodation

Accommodation

In New York, our schools tend to stay at the Hotel Wolcott, a stone's throw away from the Empire State Building.  We use safe and secure accommodation especially suited to schools and quote on a no bed-sharing basis.  Our accommodation is usually 2* or youth hostel standard and provides a perfect base for enjoying your tour.  All accommodation we use is audited, and our auditing regime is verified by independent experts.
