Discover the Opal Coast

Overview

Being such an easy distance from the UK, a day trip to the Opal Coast is a great way to dip into some well-loved French traditions.  There are a number of different visits you can choose from, depending on the focus of your trip. Maybe the experience of authentic French culture calls for a trip to a traditional Boulangerie and Snail Farm! Or if the focus is history, there are a number of war memorials and museums to educate students about the experiences of soldiers.

For a more relaxed trip, you could choose to spend some leisure time in one of the charming towns of Boulogne-sur-Mer or Le Touquet. Go for a stroll along the beachfront and test out your French with the locals!
