Our Suggested Itinerary

Day 1

Flight to Naples.

Visit to the Naples Archaeological Museum, one of the most important for classical archaeology, OR enjoy a tour of Underground Naples to discover the subterranean streets of original, Roman-era yellow tufa stone.

Private coach transfer to your accommodation in Sorrento Peninsula. 

Day 2

Visit the Mount Vesuvius to learn about its geography and history.  Enjoy spectacular views!

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Herculaneum, with a wealth of archaeological finds, from ancient advertisements and stlylish mosaics to carbonised furniture and terror-struck skeltons.

Day 3

Visit the Temples of Paestum (with three Doric Greek temples) and Paestum Archaeological Museum. 

Then spend some time at the well-preserved Villa Oplontis (also known as Villa Poppaea), popularly believed to be the villa built by the Emperor Nero as a wedding present for his second wife.

In the evening, visit a Gelateria for gelato-making demonstration and a tasty treat!

Day 4

On your last day, enjoy a guided tour of Pompeii to discover day-to-day Roman life before 79AD.

Return flight home.
