Go on an exciting adventure deep into some of Norway’s most beautiful scenery.  Spend some time exploring the glaciers and lakes in the Norwegian national parks and head out onto the alpine plateau which is home to Europe’s largest herd of reindeer!

You’ll also have the chance to get out in a kayak on Sandvin Lake, surrounded by a stunning mountain backdrop.  Discover the picturesque port city of Bergen and spend some time at leisure exploring the sights, including taking the Fløibanen funicular railway to get breathtaking views of the city and surrounding area.

Our Suggested Itinerary

Day 1 - Trolltunga

Flight from the UK and coach transfer to your accommodation in Trolltunga, via Steinsdalsfossen; this remarkable 50m high waterfall is one of Norway's most famous (and most visited) sights.

Day 2 - Go on a Spectacular Excursion

Go on a spectacular excursion in the Bondhus Glacial Valley and learn about glaciology, local history and geology.

Once you get back to the accommodation, you’ll have some time to rest or explore the surrounding area.

Day 3 - Norwegian Kraftmuseum

Visit the Norwegian Kraftmuseum which shows the exciting history of hydropower and industry.

Then head to the Norwegian Nature Centre where you can experience Norwegian nature, climate and culture.  It is located at the foot of the majestic Vøringsfossen waterfall.

Afterwards, head out onto the Hardangervidda Plateau, the largest plateau of its kind in Europe, with a cold year-round alpine climate where you'll find one of Norway's largest glaciers, Hardangerjøkulen.

Day 4 - Head Out on a Kayaking

Head out on a kayaking excursion of Sandvin Lake, both an exciting and meditative experience.

Day 5 - Bergen

Spend your final day exploring the city of Bergen, a picturesque port city known for its seven mountains and famous fish market.

Take in the breathtaking views of Bergen and the surrounding areas from the Fløibanen funicular railway!

Evening flight back to the UK.
