Students will have the opportunity to learn more about performance and the creative process through interactive workshops. Our tours also include visits to some of Athens' key historical sites, including the ancient theatres of Delphi and Epidavros.

Our Suggested Itinerary
Day 1 - Greek Performing Arts Arrival
Flight from the UK to Athens.
Coach transfer to your accommodation for an evening at leisure.
Day 2 - Acropolis
Half-day workshop – students will create Greek masks and then work on an authentic text from an Aristophanian Comedy, and create a performance.
Take a trip back to Ancient Greece with a guided tour of the Acropolis of Athens, including the Parthenon, the Erechtheum, the temple of Athena Nike and the Propylaia.
Enjoy some free time in Athens’ oldest quarter, Plaka.
Day 3 - Delphi
Travel to Delphi for a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town, home to the Temple of Apollo. You will have a chance to visit the ancient theatre, amongst other key sites.
Spend some free time in the beautiful village of Arachova, situated at the foot of Mt. Parnassós.
Day 4 - Epidavros
Enjoy a guided tour of Epidavros – this was the most important harbour in Peloponnesus.
Visit to the Ancient Theatre of Epidavros, famous for its symmetry and incredible acoustics.
Free time in Nafplion, one of the most romantic cities in Greece.
Day 5 - Greek Tragedy
Morning drama workshop focusing on the method of acting in Ancient Greek Tragedy.
Coach transfer to the airport for return flight home.

Our schools tend to stay at the Dorian Inn Hotel in Athens. We use safe and secure accommodation especially suited to schools. Our accommodation is usually 2* standard. All accommodation we use is audited, and our auditing regime is verified by independent experts.
