How It Works

BOOKING WITH US IS EASY

1. Book: Email us or call us on 0121 271 0121 and choose your tour.
2. Promote: You will have 3 weeks to advertise your trip, during this time your price will be fixed and guaranteed.  We will send you all the information you need to help you promote your trip. We will help you with any admin you need to do, and will fill in any forms you need to complete.
3. Confirm: Send us your deposit payment of £25 per paying person for coach trips, £75 for train trips or £100 for air trips (£150 for long haul), within 3 weeks to secure your booking.

WORKING HARD TO REDUCE YOUR WORKLOAD

One of our most important jobs is to make your role as Party Leader as hassle-free and paperwork-free as possible.  We will do everything we can on your behalf, and we will respond to you as quickly as we possibly can at every step of the way.  Let us do the leg-work and form-filling, and you can focus on giving your students the most enjoyable and valuable educational experience.

YOUR SAFETY

Your safety is without any doubt our top priority.  It always will be.  Your accommodation, visits and transport options will already have been safety audited and risk assessed.  24 hour emergency support is always available during your trip.  Plus, you'll have complete financial security through our ABTA and ATOL bonding.  All our trips adhere to The Outdoor Education advisors Panel (OEAP) National Guidance.  We also monitor our suppliers' standards and expect them to share the same safety ethos as us, and to know what our schools like and need.  See here for more on safety, and call us for a free copy of our Safety Management System.
